Yoga is for EVERY BODY! I recognize that we find strength in the diversity of our community and through understanding diverse experiences in our community. I embrace and learn from people of all races, sizes, ages, ability levels, religions, nationalities, genders, sexual orientations, disabilities and socio-economic backgrounds. I pledge to support our community by actively bringing yoga and yoga therapy to members of the community with less access through a sliding scale model and a Low-Income Clinic, making services available to all.

Yoga is my humble offering to the collective healing of the world. I stand with all of the individuals and organizations working for Equity and Healing in our society. This is why I offer yoga both with one-on-one sessions and group sessions, so everyone can learn in the space they feel the most comfortable.

Gentle Yoga Classes focus on restoring the body to its natural state of health and balance. Each class incorporates gentle yoga postures, relaxing breathing techniques and simple meditations.

One-On-One Sessions

Find Health & Balance Through Private Sessions

Alexis will be your guide on your journey back to health & balance. She will teach you tools to address issues specific to your well being. Alexis has helped people with chronic neck, shoulder & back pain, Chronic Fatigue Syndrome, anxiety, depression & more.
